WealthAdvo provides an online financial readiness assessment tool. Users complete a guided questionnaire covering income stability, savings, debt load, insurance coverage, and retirement preparedness. Based on your self-reported responses, the platform generates a composite Readiness Score (0–100) along with dimension-specific sub-scores and a prioritized list of behavioral action items.

The free tier provides your initial Readiness Score, all five dimension breakdowns, and your top three action items. WealthAdvo Pro, available via paid subscription, unlocks the complete action plan, quarterly reassessments with progress tracking, and anonymized peer benchmarks.

All inputs are self-reported. The platform does not connect to financial institutions, store account credentials, or access account numbers of any kind.

WealthAdvo is an educational self-assessment tool. Nothing on this website or in any report generated by the platform constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Readiness Score and associated action items are informational outputs based solely on self-reported data and should not be treated as a substitute for consultation with a qualified financial professional.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any materials from this site without prior written consent from WealthAdvo.

5. SMS Messaging – Account Notifications

WealthAdvo offers an SMS messaging program limited exclusively to account notifications. Messages you may receive include reassessment-complete alerts, action-item reminders you have opted into, account security verification codes, billing and renewal notices for Pro subscribers, and replies to support inquiries you initiated.

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive account-related text messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

6. User Accounts and Data

Your initial assessment and Readiness Score are available without creating an account. Account creation is offered solely for the purpose of saving your results and tracking your progress over time—it is never required as a precondition to receiving your first score.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify WealthAdvo promptly at support@wealthadvo.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WealthAdvo provides the platform and all related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any score, assessment, or recommendation generated by the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WealthAdvo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall WealthAdvo's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the platform exceed the amount you have paid to WealthAdvo, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
